loud cleaning

i was so looking forward to my stay, but the walls were paper-thin, and i could hear every word from the next room. also, the cleaning staff blasted through my cozy morning at 9 am sharp! really, is that how you treat a guest? i almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t after that!
